A Travel RN Charge Nurse Registered Nurse will coordinate adult operating room nursing care in an acute care hospital in Augusta, Georgia, on a 13-week contract. The role supports an interdisciplinary team and an environment focused on safe, evidence-based perioperative practice.

• Coordinate perioperative nursing care for adult surgical patients
• Lead and support the operating room team to maintain safe, efficient patient flow
• Communicate patient status and care needs with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing staff
• Reinforce nursing standards, policies, and evidence-based practice
• Advocate for patients and families throughout the perioperative experience
• Support clinical quality, teamwork, and service excellence in the unit

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Charge nurse leadership and perioperative nursing skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
