A Travel Coronary Care Registered Nurse will care for cardiac patients in an acute care hospital on a 12-week contract in Little Rock, Arkansas. The unit is a fast-paced cardiovascular service line with high acuity and broad cardiac cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor cardiac status and vital trends
  • Assess unstable patients and report changes promptly
  • Administer medications and support ordered therapies
  • Collaborate with physicians and the care team
  • Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
  • Educate patients and families on care plans

Qualifications

  • Arkansas Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification
  • Strong cardiac nursing experience
