Travel Cath Lab Tech in Columbia, SC

A Travel Cath Lab Technologist will assist with diagnostic and interventional cath lab procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, runs 4 to 5 labs daily, and uses Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional coronary and vascular procedures
• Scrub and monitor during cath lab cases
• Support angioplasty, stent placement, atherectomy, and thrombectomy procedures
• Help with temporary pacing, IABP, Impella, and other hemodynamic support
• Prepare equipment and maintain a safe procedural environment
• Document procedural care and imaging workflow in Epic
• Support care for adult and geriatric patients

• South Carolina SCRQSA license
• BLS and ACLS
• CCI RCIS or ARRT registration, in process accepted
• 2+ years of cath lab experience
• Diagnostic and interventional cath lab skills with PCI, PTCA, right and left heart catheterization, IVC filter placement, atherectomy, and thrombectomy
• Accurate monitoring and scrub skills
• Community hospital experience

• Epic charting system experience
