Travel Cath Lab Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel Cath Lab Technologist will assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac cath lab at an acute hospital on a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. Adults and geriatrics are cared for in a Magnet, Level II trauma setting with Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath cases
• Support IR, EP, vascular, and neurointerventional procedures within scope
• Monitor hemodynamics, rhythm, and patient status during invasive cases
• Maintain sterile technique and scrub support for procedures
• Prepare and assist with structural heart and device-related cases
• Operate imaging and procedure room systems used in the lab

• 2 years of Cath Lab Technology experience
• ARRT (R) or RCIS
• BLS and ACLS
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, IR, EP, vascular, and neuro cases
• Hemodynamic monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and sterile field skills

• Arrhythmia induction, cardiac mapping, and cardioversion experience
• Impella, TAVR, and structural heart experience
• Pacemaker, AICD, and temporary pacemaker experience
• Thrombectomy, embolization, and IVC filter placement experience
