Travel Cath Lab Tech in Bloomington, IN

A Travel Cath Lab Tech will support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Bloomington, Indiana. The unit serves adults and geriatrics and uses McKesson charting.

• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional catheterizations and patient monitoring
• Scrub and circulate while maintaining sterile technique and access site prep
• Support device placement, closure, and pacing procedures
• Record baseline measurements, EKG leads, and rhythm changes
• Recognize dysrhythmias and help respond to urgent changes
• Stock supplies and maintain a safe workflow

• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of cath lab tech experience; McKesson charting system experience; Siemens system experience
• Diagnostic and interventional cath lab skills, including arrhythmia induction, ablation, mapping, cardioversion, PCI/PTCA, catheterizations, pacemaker procedures, TAVR, Watchman, IABP, Impella, and vascular closure systems
