Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in Wichita, KS

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will support cardiovascular procedures in a hospital cath lab on a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas. The unit has 4 beds, a 1:1 ratio, and uses Mac Lab and Meditech. Cardiac drips, angioplasty, and stenting are part of the care mix.

• Monitor patients during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist with angioplasty and stent placement
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips as ordered
• Prepare cath lab rooms and equipment
• Assess patients before and after procedures
• Document care in the charting system

• Active Kansas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications
• 1 year of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Registered Nurse experience

• Mac Lab experience
• Meditech experience
