Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in Columbia, SC

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. The unit supports adult and geriatric patients, peripheral and coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, Epic charting, and about 20 cases across 5 rooms. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Circulate electrophysiology and cath lab cases
• Monitor procedural sedation and cardiac rhythm changes
• Support stent placement, left heart catheterization, and right heart catheterization
• Prepare and manage support devices such as Impella, balloon pump, AngioJet, and Shock Wave
• Document patient care in Epic

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license in hand before start
• BLS and ACLS
• 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience
• Community hospital experience
• EP/Cath procedure skills
• Procedural sedation monitoring skills
