Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in South Carolina

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will support cardiac procedures in a hospital cath lab on a 26-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The unit has 2 labs, handles about 10 cases daily, and uses Maclab and Meditech. Charleston offers a coastal setting.

• Assist with left heart catheterization, PCI, TAVR, pacemaker, Impella and IABP cases
• Monitor patients before, during and after invasive cardiac procedures
• Prepare equipment and maintain sterile technique in the lab
• Administer emergency medications as directed
• Document procedures and patient care in the charting system
• Collaborate with physicians and cath lab staff during high-acuity cases

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of cath lab experience
• Emergency medication knowledge
