Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in Orange, CA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will provide procedural nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 16-week contract in Orange, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic, and is in a Magnet hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Assist with interventional and cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor procedural sedation, vital signs, and patient response
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and supplies for adult and geriatric cases
• Start and maintain IV access and manage lines during procedures
• Support radiation safety, sterile technique, and infection prevention
• Document procedural care in Epic and communicate changes promptly

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• CCI RCES or CCI RCIS
• 2 years of IR or Cath Lab nursing experience
• Epic charting experience

• Electrophysiology lab experience
• Advanced cardiac, vascular, and endovascular procedure experience
• Cardiac catheterization and structural heart case exposure
