Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN in Orange, CA

A Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse will assist in an acute care hospital cath lab on a 16-week contract in Orange, California. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and is in a Magnet hospital. Free parking is available.

• Monitor patients during procedural sedation and recovery
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cath lab or IR procedures
• Prepare sterile rooms, equipment, and supplies
• Administer IV medications and support emergency interventions
• Manage access sites, sheaths, and line care
• Document patient care in Epic

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES or CCI RCIS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of IR RN or Cath Lab RN experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Procedural sedation monitoring skills
• Neuro and vascular experience for IR RN candidates

• Electrophysiology lab experience
• Percutaneous coronary interventions and angioplasty
• Structural heart procedures, including TAVR and ASD closures
• Vascular and endovascular procedure support
