Travel Behavioral Health RN in Ogden, UT

A Travel Behavioral Health Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital psychiatry unit on a 12-week contract in Ogden, Utah. The unit has 14 beds, uses Meditech Magic, and typically cares for patients at a 1:7 ratio.

• Complete behavioral health assessments and safety checks
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Perform glucose checks and review lab results
• Support detox and psychiatric care plans
• Use de-escalation skills to help maintain a safe unit
• Document care in the electronic record

• Utah Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• CPI certification
• Acute care nursing assessment, medication administration, and glucose monitoring skills

• Trauma-informed care experience
