Travel Behavioral Health RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Behavioral Health Registered Nurse will provide care in a geriatric psych unit within an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role centers on milieu management, medication management, assessments, and documentation.

• Manage the therapeutic milieu for geriatric psych patients
• Administer and monitor medications as ordered
• Complete behavioral health assessments and reassessments
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses
• Observe for changes in mood, behavior, and mental status
• Collaborate with the care team on safety and care needs

• Active Ohio or compact Registered Nurse license
• 12 months of behavioral health experience in a short-term acute care hospital
• AHA or American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification
