Travel Behavioral Health RN in Lawton, OK

A Travel Behavioral Health Registered Nurse will provide direct care for adults with mental health conditions in an acute care hospital psych unit on a 13 week contract in Lawton, Oklahoma.

• Complete behavioral health assessments and monitor patient status
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and support medication safety
• Use therapeutic communication to de-escalate crises
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Document care accurately and coordinate with the treatment team

• Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification through AHA
• NIHSS certification
