Per Diem ED RN in Milwaukie, OR

A Per Diem Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide urgent care in an acute care hospital in Milwaukie, Oregon. Epic charting supports care across a broad range of emergency patients and acuity.

• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
• Assess and monitor emergency patients during rapid changes in condition
• Manage dysrhythmias and support cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Assist with central line care, IV sedation, and vasopressor therapy
• Support BiPAP and CPAP use, ABG interpretation, and ventilated patient care
• Maintain isolation precautions and safe emergency department workflow

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• PALS and NIHSS certification
• 1.5 years of recent emergency department experience
• Epic charting experience
• Skills in triage, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV sedation, vasopressor therapy, BiPAP and CPAP support, ABG interpretation, and ventilated patient care
