Travel X-Ray Tech in Seattle, WA

A Travel X-Ray Tech Registered Technologist will support diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital in Seattle, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics, with mostly portables and emergency room and inpatient work, and uses Epic and PACS. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform diagnostic X-ray exams across inpatient and emergency settings
• Complete portable imaging at the bedside and in the emergency room
• Operate C-arm equipment during surgical procedures
• Prepare and assist with contrast media administration
• Capture trauma and routine radiographs for patients of all ages
• Apply radiation safety and isolation precautions

• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• Washington radiologic technologist license in hand
• 1 year of X-ray technologist experience
• All X-ray procedures and surgery C-arm experience
• Epic and PACS experience

• GI contrast study experience, including barium swallow, upper GI and contrast enema
• Trauma Level I or Trauma Level II experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Community hospital experience
