Travel X-Ray Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The unit is high volume with Epic charting, mixed-age patients and frequent surgical and emergency imaging, and fluoro and O-arm experience can help.

• Perform diagnostic radiographs and portable imaging
• Assist with emergency department and surgical imaging cases
• Prepare patients and support contrast studies
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention and isolation practices
• Maintain imaging workflow and accurate documentation

• ARRT Radiography certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• Oregon radiologic technologist license
• 1 year of adult acute care X-ray experience
• ED, ICU, NICU and operating room imaging experience
• Portable, bedside, contrast media and trauma imaging skills

• Fluoroscopy, O-arm and ERCP experience
• PACS and Epic charting experience
• Pediatric, adolescent and geriatric imaging exposure
• Teaching hospital or Trauma Level I experience
