Travel X-Ray Tech in Portland, OR

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging services in an acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon on a 13-week contract.

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs
• Position and instruct patients before each examination
• Adjust voltage, current, and exposure time for studies
• Prepare imaging rooms and equipment for ordered exams
• Review images for quality and repeat views as needed
• Support physicians with routine diagnostic imaging workflow

• Oregon Radiologic Technologist license
• Graduation from an accredited radiography program
• Diagnostic imaging, patient positioning, and communication skills
• Ability to adjust exposure factors and assess image quality
• Radiographic safety and patient care practices
