Travel X-Ray Tech in Centralia, WA

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging in an acute care hospital on an 8-week contract in Centralia, Washington. The unit handles about 20 exams daily for neonates through geriatrics and uses Epic. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform general diagnostic radiography across all age groups
• Assist with bedside, portable, emergency, ICU and operating room imaging
• Produce routine and trauma-related studies of the chest, spine, extremities and abdomen
• Support fluoroscopy and contrast studies as needed
• Position patients and obtain clear, accurate images
• Document imaging studies and maintain safe radiology practices

• ARRT R certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license
• 1 year of acute care X-ray experience
• Community hospital experience

• Barium enema, barium swallow, upper GI and contrast enema experience
• C-arm and fluoroscopy procedure experience
• Pediatric acute care, PICU, teaching hospital or Trauma Level I experience
