Travel X-Ray Tech in Lubbock, TX

A Travel X-Ray Tech Registered Radiologic Technologist will perform routine and complex imaging in a short term acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lubbock, Texas. The assignment supports adult and pediatric patients in a Level II Trauma Center, with a fast-paced workflow, up to 30 images per day, any charting system, and first-time travelers welcome.

• Perform routine and complex x-ray exams
• Assist with fluoroscopy procedures
• Complete portable and bedside imaging
• Handle trauma and extremity studies
• Support patient positioning and communication
• Follow isolation precautions and PPE
• Document imaging in PACS

• Texas state license
• BLS certification
• ARRT R certification
• 1 year of x-ray technology experience
• PACS and any charting system experience
• Routine, complex, portable, and bedside x-ray imaging across adult and pediatric patients
• Fluoroscopy and C-Arm support, isolation precautions, and PPE
