Travel X-Ray Tech in Anchorage, AK

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging support in an acute hospital for a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. The unit serves neonates through geriatrics in a Magnet, Level II trauma setting, uses Epic, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Perform diagnostic radiography for patients across the lifespan
• Assist with portable, trauma, ED, and OR imaging
• Support fluoroscopy and c-arm procedures as needed
• Produce clear images for routine and emergent exams
• Work with radiology teams to maintain patient safety and workflow
• Document imaging activity in the charting system

• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of X-ray experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Experience with PACS

• Adult outpatient and pediatric experience
• Barium swallow, upper GI, and contrast enema experience
• Trauma Level I experience
• Community hospital experience
