Travel Wound Care RN in Concord, CA

A Travel Wound Care Registered Nurse will provide inpatient wound and ostomy care in the inpatient wound care/ostomy unit in Concord, California on a 13-week contract.

• Assess wound and ostomy needs
• Develop individualized care plans
• Perform wound treatments and dressing changes
• Support ostomy teaching and care
• Collaborate with the care team
• Document assessments and patient progress

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Wound care certification: CWCN, CWON, CWOCN, or WCC
• 2+ years recent inpatient wound care experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school

• Ostomy certification
• Prior travel experience
• EPIC experience
• ACLS certification
