A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide patient care and rhythm monitoring in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in San Jose, California. The unit has 10 beds, a 2:1 patient ratio, and uses Meditech for documentation.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes promptly
• Assess patients with cardiac and medical needs
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Collaborate with providers and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Meditech
• Prepare patients for diagnostics and unit procedures

• California Registered Nurse license
• Telemetry nursing knowledge
• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
