A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.

• Monitor patient status and telemetry rhythms
• Assess changes in condition and escalate concerns
• Deliver medications, treatments, and routine nursing care
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
• Document care and patient responses accurately
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and delegation skills
