Travel Telemetry RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The role focuses on telemetry monitoring, interdisciplinary coordination, and independent clinical judgment for a patient group.

• Assess telemetry patients and trend status
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and recognize changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
