Travel Telemetry RN in Concord, CA

A Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide cardiac monitoring care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Concord, California. The role supports medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with PCU experience highly valued.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in patient status
• Provide care for medical-surgical, telemetry, and PCU patients within scope
• Support cardiac catheterization pre- and post-procedure care
• Assess patients, prioritize needs, and respond to clinical changes
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate treatment plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of recent telemetry experience
• Prior travel nursing experience
• NIH Stroke Scale
• Telemetry skills checklist completion

• Epic experience
