Travel Surgical Tech in Zanesville, OH

A Travel Surgical Tech Certified Surgical Technologist will assist in the operating room at an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. The service line includes general, vascular, ortho, and neuro cases in a Level 3 trauma setting with broad instrumentation and central processing needs.

• Prepare operating rooms with needed instruments and supplies
• Set up sterile fields and maintain aseptic technique
• Assist surgeons and nurses during general and vascular cases
• Pass instruments and anticipate needs across complex procedures
• Monitor counts and help maintain case flow
• Support instrumentation handling, cleaning, and processing workflows

• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program
• Minimum 3 years of surgical technology experience
• Strong critical thinking and instrumentation knowledge

• CST certification
