Travel Sterile Processing Tech in Walla Walla, WA

A Travel Sterile Processing Technician will support decontamination, sterilization, and tray assembly in a hospital on a 16-week contract in Walla Walla, Washington. The unit uses Epic charting in a short-term acute care Level III trauma center. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Decontaminate instruments and equipment
• Perform high-level disinfection
• Operate washers and sterilizers
• Assemble sets and trays for procedures
• Wrap and sterilize instruments using proper materials
• Monitor biological and chemical indicators
• Prepare case carts and complete equipment documentation

• CBSPD certification
• HSPA certification
• 1 year of acute hospital sterile processing experience
• Experience with high-level disinfection, washers, sterilizers, and tray assembly
