Travel Sterile Processing Tech in Orangeburg, SC

A Travel Sterile Processing Technician will support decontamination, assembly, wrapping, and scope reprocessing in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The unit uses Epic and serves a Level III trauma setting.

• Decontaminate surgical instruments and equipment
• Assemble, inspect, and wrap sets and trays
• Sterilize processed items and prepare them for use
• Reprocess scopes according to unit procedures
• Support turnover for a range of surgical cases
• Maintain accurate workflow in the sterile processing area

• CBSPD or HSPA certification
• 2 years of sterile processing experience
• Experience with sterilization, decontamination, assembly and wrapping, and scope reprocessing
• Experience with sets and trays assembly
• Level I trauma experience
• Prior travel experience

• Experience with neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, or GYN cases
