Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Wichita, KS

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide critical care respiratory support in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas. The unit supports adult ICU coverage, PICU, Level 3 NICU, Level 1 trauma, and Meditech charting.

• Perform respiratory care treatments
• Manage invasive and noninvasive ventilator support
• Support adult critical care and pediatric patients
• Assist with ECMO-related respiratory support
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes
• Document care in Meditech

• Minimum 6 months current Registered Respiratory Therapist experience
• NBRC Certification
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS
• Current knowledge of critical care respiratory support

• Pediatric and PICU experience
• Strong ICU experience
