Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Medford, OR

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon. The unit serves adult critical care and emergency department patients with ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway support, and computerized charting in Epic. Variable ratios are part of the setting, and first-time travelers are welcome.

• Deliver respiratory assessments and treatments for adult critical care and emergency department patients
• Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and high-flow nasal cannula support
• Assist with extubation, intubation, and airway management procedures
• Perform suctioning, tracheostomy care, and specimen collection
• Monitor patient response and troubleshoot high-pressure alarms
• Document care in Epic

• Basic Life Support certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• Oregon Respiratory Therapist license
• 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• Adult critical care and emergency department experience
• Ventilator management, airway care, and computerized documentation skills
