Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Farmington, CT

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide adult respiratory care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Farmington, Connecticut. The role serves respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedic patients and uses EPIC charting.

• Assess adult respiratory status and respond to changes in condition
• Deliver oxygen and aerosol therapies per plan of care
• Assist with ventilatory support and airway management
• Obtain and monitor respiratory data and specimen results
• Document care in EPIC and communicate findings to the team
• Support patients with respiratory, cardiac, and orthopedic needs

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist credential through NBRC or equivalent certifying body
• Connecticut Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 to 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Travel experience
• EPIC charting experience

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
