Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Asheville, NC

A Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist will support respiratory care in a hospital respiratory department on a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina. The department serves adult and pediatric service lines, including critical care and neonatal care, and uses Cerner with adult, infant, pediatric and transport ventilation equipment.

• Assess patients and adjust respiratory care plans
• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulized treatments and noninvasive support
• Set up and monitor ventilators and transport devices
• Assist with airway management and emergency respiratory interventions
• Support adult, pediatric and neonatal service lines
• Document care and communicate changes to the team

• North Carolina Respiratory Therapist license
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
• BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program
