Travel RDCD Dietician in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Renal Dietitian Registered Dietitian will provide nutrition support for transplant patients in an outpatient clinic on a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on dietitian evaluation, frailty testing, and weight and lifestyle guidance for transplant recipients and donors. Charting is done in Teleresults and Meditech, with about 15 to 20 patients seen daily.

• Perform nutrition assessments for transplant recipients and donors
• Complete frailty testing and review weight and lifestyle goals
• Educate patients on renal and transplant nutrition needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinic team
• Participate in patient selection committee discussions
• Document visits and findings in the electronic record

• Registered Dietitian credential
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Transplant or renal experience
