Travel RDCD Dietician in Jacksonville, FL

A Travel Dietician Registered Dietitian will provide nutrition care in an acute care hospital unit on a 12-week contract in Jacksonville, Florida. The role covers medical surgical, oncology, postpartum, and cardiovascular ICU patients and uses Meditech and Healthtouch for documentation.

• Perform nutrition screenings and assessments
• Develop intervention and monitoring plans
• Update diets and oral nutrition supplement orders
• Manage tube feed and parenteral nutrition orders
• Collaborate with the care team on patient nutrition needs
• Document care in the electronic record

• Commission on Dietetic Registration credential
• Florida dietitian license
• Clinical nutrition assessment and EMR documentation skills

• Meditech EMR experience
• Travel assignment experience
• Independent work in a fast-paced unit
