A Travel Registered Dietitian will provide nutritional assessment, care planning, education, and documentation for patients and residents in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Delano, California. The role supports interdisciplinary communication for people with nutritional risk or special needs.

• Assess nutritional needs and risk factors
