A Travel Registered Dietitian will provide comprehensive nutritional care for patients and residents with special needs or nutritional risk criteria in a critical access hospital in Clearlake, California, on a 13-week contract. The role focuses on assessment, family education, interdisciplinary communication, care planning, and documentation.

• Assess and reassess nutritional status for patients and residents
• Develop individualized nutrition plans of care
