Travel Radiology Technologist in Los Angeles, CA

A Travel Radiology Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform nuclear medicine and CT imaging in an oncology practice on a 13-week contract in Los Angeles, California. The unit serves adult and geriatric oncology patients and uses Epic. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform nuclear medicine studies and diagnostic CT imaging
• Assist with CT guided procedures and DEXA scans
• Prepare adult and geriatric oncology patients for imaging
• Start and maintain IV access and draw venous blood
• Handle, store, and dispose of radioactive materials safely
• Document exams and patient care in Epic

• 2 years of CT and nuclear medicine experience
• Active BLS, ARRT N, CNMT, and ARRT CT credentials
• Fluoroscopy permit
• Diploma or tech certificate from an accredited program
• Epic charting system experience
• IV access, venipuncture, and radioactive material handling skills

• DEXA scan experience
• Siemens equipment experience
• Hospital or clinic experience
