Travel Psychiatric RN in Bellows Falls, VT

A Travel Adult Psychiatric Registered Nurse will provide care in an inpatient unit on a 13-week contract in Bellows Falls, Vermont. The unit serves adults age 18 and older and has 10 beds.

• Assess adult psychiatric patients and update care plans
• Monitor behavior, safety, and changes in mental status
• Administer medications and support treatment interventions
• Respond to patient needs with calm, therapeutic communication
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress

• Active Vermont Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
