A Travel Psychiatric Registered Nurse will provide direct care in a clinical stabilization service unit on a 13-week contract in Danvers, Massachusetts. The role supports adults in behavioral health and addiction recovery, with a focus on stabilization, safety, and therapeutic nursing care.

• Assess patients and monitor changes in mood, behavior, and safety
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation in a stabilization setting
• Administer medications and track response to treatment plans
• Support withdrawal management and recovery-focused nursing care
• Coordinate care with the treatment team and report significant findings
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years of addiction and recovery nursing experience
• CPI certification after start
