Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Weatherford, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for a mixed patient population in a hospital progressive care unit on a 13-week contract in Weatherford, Texas. This 12-bed unit uses Meditech and commonly staffs at 4:1 ratios.

• Assess patient status and prioritize ongoing care
• Administer ordered medications and monitor treatment response
• Track clinical changes and report concerns promptly
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document nursing care and patient updates in Meditech
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
