A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for progressive care patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Tallahassee, Florida. The unit supports cardiac, stroke, and surgical patients in a high-acuity setting, and the city offers year-round events and natural beauty.

• Monitor progressive care patients and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Assess vital signs, telemetry, and overall patient response
• Support patients with cardiac, neurologic, and post-surgical needs
• Document nursing care and communicate with the care team
• Respond to urgent changes and escalate concerns promptly

• Florida Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills
• Experience caring for progressive care patients
