Travel Progressive Care Unit RN in Lewisville, TX

A Travel Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide monitored inpatient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lewisville, Texas. Meditech charting supports ongoing assessment and coordinated care for adult patients.

• Assess monitored adult patients and track changes in condition
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care in Meditech
• Respond to urgent changes and escalate concerns promptly
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge workflows
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Acute care nursing skills
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
