Travel Polysomnographer in Canton, GA

A Travel Polysomnographic Technologist will support sleep disorders testing in a hospital sleep disorder lab on a 13-week contract in Canton, Georgia. The role prepares adolescent, adult and geriatric patients for studies and monitors polysomnograms during testing.

• Prepare patients and equipment for sleep studies
• Monitor polysomnograms during testing
• Document study findings and observations per policy
• Observe sleep activity, movement arousals and respirations
• Support adolescent, adult and geriatric patients through the study process
• Communicate clearly with the care team

• Current and unrestricted BRPT registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
• Basic Life Support certification
• 2 years of experience in sleep disorders or sleep study activity
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Expertise in sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals and respirations
