Travel PICU RN in Cincinnati, OH

A Travel Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care to infants, children, and adolescents in a pediatric intensive care unit on a 13-week contract in Cincinnati, Ohio. First-time travelers are welcome. The unit serves pediatric, infant, and adolescent patients, with 1:1 or 1:2 ratios and exposure to CICU care.

• Monitor critically ill pediatric patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products per care plan
• Assist with ventilator support, invasive monitoring, and ICU therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the bedside team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support families through education and bedside communication

• Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of PICU experience with CICU exposure
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Experience caring for infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Compact Registered Nurse license accepted
