Travel Physical Therapist in Napa, CA

A Travel Physical Therapist will provide outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation in a hospital outpatient unit on a 13-week contract in Napa, California. The unit sees 10 to 12 scheduled patients daily, mostly follow-up visits with a few evaluations, and uses Epic. Geriatric and neurological exposure is also part of the role.

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training
• Support orthopedic, geriatric, and neurological rehabilitation
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety
• Document visits, reassessments, and progress in Epic
• Coordinate discharge planning and goal updates

• California Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• BLS certification
• 1 year of experience
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Spanish language skills
