A Travel Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy treatment under limited supervision in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Clearlake, California. The role serves patients with disabilities, injuries, and diseases using APTA standard treatment methods to reduce pain, restore motor function, and support optimal performance.

• Assess patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional needs
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and mobility training
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and recovery goals

• California Physical Therapist license
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Clinical knowledge of APTA standard treatment methods
• Experience with patients with disabilities, injuries, and diseases
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
