Travel Phlebotomist in Santa Monica, CA

A Travel Phlebotomist will support patient-facing clinical trials as a clinical research coordinator in Santa Monica, California on a 13-week contract. The role covers stroke, ophthalmology, Alzheimer's, MS, Parkinson's and neurology research, with blood draws and Epic documentation.

• Coordinate study visits and follow-up care for clinical trial participants
• Perform blood draws and collect specimens per protocol and California practice standards
• Document patient encounters, study data and research activity in Epic
• Communicate with investigators, nurses and study team members throughout the trial
• Support enrollment, scheduling and workflow for multiple clinical studies
• Assist with audits, compliance checks and research file maintenance
• Train new research staff as needed

• BLS
• Five years of clinical research experience managing patients
• California phlebotomy certification or equivalent blood draw authorization
• Epic experience
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, MS Teams, Word and Excel

• CCRC certification
• Neurology research experience
• Spanish language skills
• Korean language skills
