Travel OR Scrub RN in Olympia, WA

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will scrub and assist in the operating room in Olympia, Washington on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and supports general, orthopedic, thoracic, urology, and trauma surgery in a level II trauma setting.

• Prepare the operating room and maintain a sterile field
• Scrub and assist during general, orthopedic, thoracic, urology, and trauma cases
• Handle instruments, supplies, counts, and specimen processing
• Support blood products, cell saver use, and surgical safety checks
• Assist with wound management and electrosurgical safety
• Coordinate turnover and readiness for the next case

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• 1 year of Operating Room scrub experience
• Community hospital experience
• Level II trauma experience

• Pediatric general OR experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Exposure to amputations and gunshot, stab wound, or motor vehicle accident cases
