Travel OR RN in Windsor, VT

A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide circulating and scrubbing support in a critical access hospital operating room on a 13-week contract in Windsor, Vermont. The unit uses Cerner and cares for adult and geriatric patients. Cases are mostly outpatient with limited inpatient procedures.

• Circulate and scrub for general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain, and endoscopy cases
• Prepare the operating room and maintain sterile technique
• Support surgeons and the surgical team during procedures
• Provide perioperative care for adult and geriatric patients
• Document patient care and case activity in Cerner
• Coordinate instruments and supplies for each case

• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
• Vermont Registered Nurse license
• Compact Registered Nurse license accepted
