A Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse will support surgical care in the operating room on a 13-week contract in Westerville, Ohio. The role serves a surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the operating room for surgical cases
  • Assist the surgical team during intraoperative procedures
  • Maintain sterile technique and surgical field integrity
  • Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
  • Document perioperative care, interventions, and patient responses
  • Coordinate instruments, supplies, specimens, and room turnover
  • Support safe handoff to recovery staff

Qualifications

  • Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
